Privacy.
Your privacy matters. This document explains what data we process, why we process it and what rights you have over it. We do so in plain language — without sacrificing the precision the GDPR requires.

What data we process
The data you provide when you write to us: your name, company, email address and the message you send. We do not ask for any other data in order to reply.
For technical reasons, the provider hosting this site may log data necessary to serve and protect the pages (such as the IP address and request metadata). We do not use that data to identify you or to build profiles.
Why we process it
Exclusively to respond to your enquiry and to assess a possible collaboration fit. We do not add you to any mailing list without your express and separate consent (see § Optional communications), we do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Legal basis
Handling your enquiry is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Managing any professional relationship that may arise, and the technical security log of the site, are covered by our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in communicating with those who contact us and in keeping the site secure.
Retention
We retain your enquiry for as long as we are handling it and, if it leads to a professional relationship, for as long as that relationship lasts and for any periods we are legally required to keep it. If your enquiry does not lead to a relationship, we delete your data within a maximum of twelve months from the last contact.
Who else processes your data
We do not sell or share your data. To operate, we rely on providers acting as data processors on our behalf: a web hosting provider, which serves these pages, and an email provider, through which we receive and reply to your message. They process your data solely to provide us with that service.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we require that the transfer is covered by the safeguards the GDPR demands — such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
Know what data we hold about you and how we process it.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request that your data be deleted when it is no longer necessary.
Object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Request that processing be restricted while an objection is resolved.
Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at ioaredez@genaiaredez.com. A person will reply — not an automated system.
Optional communications (newsletter)
We do not currently send commercial emails and we do not operate a general newsletter. Should we offer one in the future, it will always be optional and will require your explicit and separate consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected via double opt-in (subscription followed by email confirmation). Each mailing will include an unsubscribe link with immediate effect. We will not use that list to build individual profiles, will not share it with third parties, and will not share it with advertising systems. When activated, the specific email provider acting as data processor will be documented on this page.
Analytics and cookies
This site currently uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Should any metrics be added in the future, they will be privacy-respecting — no individual profiling, no third-party tracking cookies — and will be documented explicitly on this page before being activated.
Complaints
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: in Romania, the ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro); if you reside in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). In any case, we would appreciate you raising the matter with us first: there are many things we would prefer to resolve in a brief conversation.
Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or changes in the company's activities. The date of the latest version appears in the document header.
