Works directly with business owners and users: defines product and scope, makes architecture decisions, builds and integrates, evaluates and supports adoption. Ionela ‘Nela’ Harosa
Combines business and commercial experience with a warm, empathetic and patient approach. Speaks six languages, listens carefully and supports people throughout their relationship with the team. Leads business development, public relations, presentations, and project coordination and follow-up. Her qualifications include Bachelor Professional of Business (CCI). As Strahlkraft40+ co-founder, she contributed the market opportunity and product vision.
