Strahlkraft40+ is a proprietary artificial intelligence product in production in German regulated healthcare. For GENAI AREDEZ, what matters is not the domain (health) but the governance engineering: how a real AI system is governed, documented, and audited.
It does not answer isolated questions: it operates — and it operates with the person. Its assistant with persistent memory learns the history of whoever uses it and brings them the most recent scientific studies on their case, adapted to them, to validate the options with their doctor. Around it, a personalised report generator, a free-access content portal, and AI-powered health checks — subsystems in operation, not a pilot.
It does not diagnose, and that limit is not fine print: it is engineering. The legal filters run inside the system itself, because in regulated healthcare the boundary of what an AI may say is part of the design. It is run end to end by whoever operates it; the same foundation that makes it work lets every step be seen and audited. It is, in production, exactly what we build so that a company truly operates on artificial intelligence.
