§ 01 · What it is
Strahlkraft40+ is a proprietary artificial intelligence product in production in German regulated healthcare. For Gobernabilidad, what matters is not the domain (health) but the governance engineering: how a real AI system is governed, documented, and audited.
It does not answer isolated questions: it operates. It has an assistant with persistent memory, a personalised report generator, and an internal content-generation portal — subsystems in operation, not a pilot. It is run end to end by whoever operates it; and the same foundation that makes it work is the one that lets every step be seen and audited. It is, running in production, exactly what we build so that a company truly operates on artificial intelligence.
The framing is always the same: the system runs, passes audit, we built it.
§ 02 · What is citable

Dual AI: a source evaluation methodology using two independent models with measured inter-rater agreement (Cohen's κ = 0.766) on a formal rubric. AI validation with AI — the same principle as our own research flow with investigator and reviewer.
§ 03 · Precision
Precision is the proof. Of this system we claim exactly what an auditor can check: an implemented and auditable AIMS conforming to ISO/IEC 42001 — not “certified” —, a proprietary system in production, named and singular, and results measured in engineering — documents, controls, audits — not in vanity dashboards.
That same discipline — saying only what holds up, and saying it exactly — is the one we apply to leave your system defensible before anyone who asks.
Saying it with precision is the proof that we will defend yours with the same precision.
